Ekwefi and Ezinma
Ekwefi has had many children but they have no survived past their 4th birthday. Although her only daughter Ezinma is all she got. She loves Ezinma very dearly and her whole world centers around her. They treated each other with respect and love and it was more than a mother daughter relationship. I think the author created this relationship because there aren't many relationships where affection is shown and here between this two characters there is a different and new type of relationship.
